Morrow Finance is the trading name of Iain Michael Heap, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. The correspondence address is 4 Stoneyfalls Lane, Ballyhalbert, BT22 1FL, United Kingdom. Visits are by prior arrangement only. Questions can be sent to enquiries@morrowfinance.co.uk or through the enquiry form.
Age requirements
You must be at least 13 to create an account. Learn and basic Money features are designed to remain available to users aged 13 to 17. Markets, company analysis and analyst-style features are restricted to people aged 18 or over. You must provide accurate age information and must not try to bypass these controls. Morrow may suspend access where it reasonably believes age information is false.
Using the service
You may use Morrow for lawful personal or organisational learning. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or republish substantial parts of it, or present a Morrow completion certificate as a regulated or formally accredited qualification.
Accounts and subscriptions
Free features are available without a paid subscription. Morrow+ is available as a recurring paid subscription processed by Stripe. The price, billing frequency, renewal terms and cancellation information are shown before you purchase. A Morrow+ subscription renews automatically at the stated frequency until it is cancelled.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe customer portal linked from your Morrow account. Unless a statutory cancellation right requires a different result, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and Morrow+ access continues until then. After purchase, you receive confirmation of the contract by email in a form you can keep. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Consumers will normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract. Morrow+ access may begin immediately after purchase, but starting access does not by itself waive or remove that right. The current checkout does not ask you to give up the cancellation right or acknowledge that it will be lost. If you want to exercise a statutory cancellation right, contact us using the details below. Any refund and the effect on access will be handled in accordance with the law applying to the contract. Nothing in these terms reduces mandatory remedies for digital content or services that are not supplied with reasonable care and skill or do not match their description.
Organisation access
A school, college, university or employer may provide access through a secure invitation. Invitation codes must only be shared with their intended recipients. Authorised organisation managers may view relevant learning participation, quiz and course-completion records for their members. Private Money-tool entries are not included in organisation reporting. Organisation-funded access may end when the programme, membership or organisation plan ends; the learner's personal Morrow account can remain available at the applicable individual access level.
Early access and changes
Morrow may identify the service or particular features as beta or early access. Such features may change more frequently and may sometimes be unavailable. We will not use a beta label to remove statutory rights or avoid commitments already made for paid access.
Learning certificates
A Morrow certificate records completion of specified Morrow learning content and assessment requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not an academic qualification, regulated qualification, professional licence or evidence of FCA authorisation.
Financial content
The financial disclaimer is part of these terms. Morrow does not promise investment outcomes or uninterrupted access, and third-party information may change.
Intellectual property and changes
Morrow's original lessons, written analysis, design and branding are protected by intellectual-property law. We may improve, replace or withdraw features, while respecting consumer rights and any commitments applying to paid access.
Third-party links and sources
Morrow links to company reports, regulatory filings and analyst-consensus services so readers can check context. Third-party sites have their own terms, privacy practices and availability. A link does not mean Morrow endorses every view, product or service found there.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable care in operating Morrow, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party information will always be current. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
Ending an account and governing law
You may stop using Morrow at any time. We may restrict or close an account for serious misuse, unlawful activity or material breach of these terms, acting reasonably and respecting paid-service consumer rights. These terms are governed by Northern Irish law. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available in the part of the UK where they live.
