Your information, explained simply.

What Morrow knows

• Your first and last name, email address and date of birth.
• Which lessons and quizzes you complete and the scores you save.
• Any certificate you earn.
• Anything you choose to send through an enquiry.
• Basic security information needed to keep the website working safely.

Why we ask for your birthday

You must be at least 13 to open an account. Your date of birth tells Morrow whether you can use adult Markets features. If you are under 18, you can still use Learn and basic Money tools. We do not use your birthday to advertise to you or decide whether you are “good” with money.

Who can see it

Morrow and the trusted technology providers needed to run accounts and store data can process your information. Other learners cannot see your account, progress or certificate. A person who has your certificate credential reference can check the course, issue date and whether the reference is valid, but the public result does not show your name.

What if my education provider or employer gives me access?

If you join with an organisation invitation, its approved teachers or managers can see your name, which lessons you complete, your quiz scores, course progress and when you last learned. They cannot see your date of birth, password, payment details or anything you enter into private Money tools.

Your choices

You can correct your name or birthday and delete your account in Account Settings. Deleting the account also deletes its learning progress and certificates from the active service. You can ask what information Morrow holds or raise a concern by emailing privacy@morrowfinance.co.uk or using the privacy enquiry form.

If something feels wrong

Tell a parent, carer, teacher or another adult you trust, and contact Morrow. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner. The full Privacy Notice contains the complete legal information.
